We are adding to our team in FLORIDA, an opportunity for excellent pay and growth! What's In It For Me?Market Value Compensation- (Starting at 100k)Sarasota Based Position, but will travel to all other Cool Today locations for oversight. Robust PTO PlanHealth, Vision and Dental plans for you and your family to choose from401K Retirement Plan with company match up to 30%Life Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term DisabilitySpecial Program Options: FSA, EAP, Legal Services, and Identity TheftContinuous Training for your Professional DevelopmentWorking in a dynamic, collaborative, and fun environmentCoached and supported career growth Responsibilities: What Will I Do?Manage receiving, stocking, and distribution of materials and equipment. Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct cycle counts, and manage truck stock. Coordinate part sourcing, purchasing, and vendor relationships. Support technicians with material identification, staging, checkouts, and returns. Oversee warehouse organization, safety, and SOP compliance. Handle product returns, RMAs, and warranty credits. Inventory usage and other data analytics.  Qualifications: Do I have What it Takes?5+ years inventory/warehouse management experience (trade industry preferred). Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical materials preferred  Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Excel Experience with inventory software (ServiceTitan required) Ability to lift and manage materials as needed. Experience reading and negotiating contracts. Please note you need to be based out of Sarasota for this role, but will be overseeing all four locations of Cool TodayWrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
