Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 36 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience. • 3 months of experience with RPMS (Resource and Patient Management System) is preferred from any number of months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission). • This role will require floating to multiple units • Local & travel allowed. • Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. • No current placement allowed at Program: Medefis Program - Tsehootsooi Medical Center. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Additional Details: Required Skills/Experience: 1 year pediatric experience Must be comfortable with both adult and pediatric patients Required Credentials: Flu declinations accepted on condition traveler wears a mask at all times. 15-minute call response time for all units with a call requirement. Shift & Scheduling: Typical schedule is 36 hours one week, 48 hours the next, plus up to 1 on-call shift/week. Must be flexible and open to days, weekends, and holidays as needed. Maximum of two (2) Shift Call offs. Floating Requirements: Travelers are occasionally expected to float to other departments in which they are qualified to work.
