What You'll Do Encourage positive relationship building & Promoting Independence Transportation and Participation in Community Activities Personal Care/Assistance with Activities of Daily Living Medication Administration/Health Monitoring Crisis prevention, intervention, and resolution Cooking/Meal Prep/Dietary Support Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent.  Associate or bachelor’s degree in health and human sciences preferred Successful completion of 6 months experience in Rehab Tech position and completion of all required trainings for Rehab Technician I position to be eligible to advance to Rehab Tech 2 position  Valid State of Michigan driver’s license Completion of all required trainings for Rehab Technician I position to be eligible to advance to Rehab Tech 2 position Must be able to work scheduled shifts, may include evenings/weekends/holidays Ability to lift 50 lbs Ability to pass background checks as applicable Ability to become certified in CPR/First Aid Computer literacy/proficiency Our Commitment to Inclusion Our strength lies in our diversity—empowering us to meet the unique needs of over 34,000 individuals we serve each year.
