Dental Assistant needed in Saddle Brook, NJCompetitive Pay | 28 Hours/Week | Private PracticeSaddle Brook Family Dentistry is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our compassionate, family-oriented team in Saddle Brook, NJ. We’re a patient-centered general dental practice offering comprehensive care—including basic oral surgery and implant placement—in a supportive, team-driven environment.About the Role:As the primary Dental Assistant in the office, you’ll work directly with Dr. Lota to deliver high-quality care. Our front office manager and admin team are also trained to assist and can provide coverage when needed, but we’re looking for someone ready to take ownership of the back.Schedule (28 hours/week):Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMThursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PMEvery other Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PMThird Wednesday of each month: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PMKey Responsibilities:Chairside assisting for general, surgical, and basic implant proceduresDigital imaging using Dexis and intraoral scanning (iTero skills a plus)Maintaining operatory and sterilization protocolsSupporting front desk communication when neededProviding a calm and caring environment for patientsWhat We’re Looking For:Registered Dental Assistant (preferred)NJ X-ray license requiredMinimum 2 years of dental assisting experienceProficiency with Dentrix and DexisiTero experience a plusTeam player with a patient-first attitudeReliable, organized, and able to work independentlyCaring, compassionate, and committed to providing exceptional careCompensation & Benefits:$25–$27/hour DOE & certification levelOpen to negotiation and increases based on performanceIn house DentalPaid holidays and PTO after 1 year Why Join Us?We’re a values-driven practice that puts patients first, followed closely by our team.
