We are looking for self-motivated and safety-conscious candidates who would like to join our production team in our Peru location! The Machine Operator is responsible for operating machinery in a manufacturing environment to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.     ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:    Operate machinery according to standard operating procedures.  Monitor production output and quality to meet specifications.  Assist with finished products by using banders to bundle finished products.  Assist with break press operations.  Operate overhead cranes and/or forklifts for efficient material handling.  Maintain a clean and organized work area.  Adhere to safety protocols.  Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.  Regular, reliable, punctual and consistent attendance. Must be able to work regular and/or flexible hours or shifts, overtime, weekends as required.  REQUIREMENTS:   Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.  Ability to obtain valid crane and forklift certifications.      PHYSICAL DEMANDS:     Frequent communication with others to exchange information.  Frequent repetition of motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.  Frequent moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another.  Frequent lifting or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directions.  Constantly remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.  Constantly thinking and processing information.  Constantly maintaining concentration and focus on tasks.     WORK ENVIRONMENT:   Manufacturing floor with machinery.  Exposure to airborne particles, loud noises, and extreme heat and cold.   Use of personal protection equipment is required    DISCLAIMER:  Employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily and, if requested, reasonable accommodations will be made to enable employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions of their job, absent undue hardship.  CSC retains the right to change or assign other duties to this position.
