Job Overview: As a Customer Service Representative at Tactacam LLC, you'll play a key role in providing exceptional support for our diverse range of products, services, and advanced applications. Working remotely, you'll be on the front lines, leveraging your exceptional communication and troubleshooting skills to address technical inquiries and meet customer needs swiftly and expertly.   Responsibilities: Deliver top-tier technical support. Engage with customers via phone and other channels. Diagnose and solve technical problems. Ensure high customer satisfaction. Collaborate with teams for issue resolution. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Efficiently manage a high volume of incoming calls. Requirements: Strong technical aptitude. Proficient in technical issue resolution. Familiarity with customer service software. High-speed internet (50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload). Excellent communication skills. Ability to convey technical information clearly. Remote troubleshooting experience. Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills. Dedicated remote work environment. Experience in remote work settings. Shift flexibility, including weekends. About You: You live for the season. You'd rather spend a weekend in the woods than a weekend in the city.   Hours: Customer Service Representatives will begin with a comprehensive 30-day training program, held Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST. Following training, team members will enter a 2-4 week onboarding period on the same schedule to ensure continued support and learning.Upon successful completion of onboarding, representatives will transition to their assigned team and move to a late-shift schedule: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.   Please note: This role requires participation in a rotating Saturday schedule, with hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST. Pay: $18.00 an hour Location: Remote
