Where is the work:Onsite (5 days) What you will do:Provide leadership for the sales process via the development and implementation of coordinated local sales plans, consumer programs, training, and business development activityUtilize Sales Excellence tools to drive individual and team performance in order to meet sales goals.Effectively utilize employee development tools, as well as mentor and coach Account Manager group to ensure continued individual development.Establish, monitor and execute implementation plans for key objectives through Account Manager coaching. Key objectives/metrics include: Mix, Growth, New Dealer Development, and Retail development plans.Develop district business plan with leadership and management teams.Accountable for developing key industry relationships within local markets. Key relationships include, but are not limited to, strategic builder alignment, vendor representatives, etc. What you will bring:1+ years of demonstrated experience in Business Development in lieu of degree. or Associate's Degree (AA)Experience in the development and execution of distribution and marketing plans and programs.5+ years sales and leadership experienceDL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State with no major or frequent traffic violations included, but not limited to: DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years. within 1 Year Compensation:From $90,000 and up based on experience and will include a monthly variable incentive plan of 40%This role has been designated by the Company as Safety Sensitive.
