Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience. • 3 months of experience with Cerner is required from any number of months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Local & travel allowed. Additional Details: Required Skills/Experience: 2 years of recent acute care experience in Med/Surg Use of Rapid Response/Code teams, Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway management, Oxygen administration, Med/Surg, Peripheral Line Care/Management, Isolation Precautions/PPE. Preferred Skills/Experience: Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Tracheostomy care/management*. Unit/Facility Details: Per Aya standards we need 2 references within 2 years of start but this will not prevent the candidate from starting on time. Special Requests: You must be able to start on the start date specified for this job. Do not apply if you are not willing to meet the possible floating obligation. Labs must be completed within 48 hours of accepting an offer. RTO: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive. No holiday RTO. No RTO the day prior or after a holiday. No RTO on weekends. Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend/ 2 weekends per month Floating Requirements:Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs?
