This role offers you the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients across different age groups while working in a supportive and flexible setting.As a Registered Nurse in the Med-Surg Unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to adult, geriatric, and pediatric patients. You will work in a collaborative environment, ensuring the best outcomes for your patients. Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult and pediatric patients in a 20-bed unitMaintain excellent staffing ratios: Non-COVID patients typically 4:1, max 5:1; COVID patients typically 2:1, max 3:1Participate in flu immunization clinics and attend staff meetings as neededFloat to other departments as qualified, performing tasks such as answering call lights and phonesEnsure compliance with American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and PALS certificationsAttend orientation on Mondays and maintain flexibility to work various shifts, weekends, and holidaysCOVID-19 vaccine (medical and religious exemptions may apply)Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
