Job Reference Number: 36020Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite Segment: EducationBrand: Elior-Collegiate-DiningLocation: Bowie, Maryland (US-MD)  The Role at a glance: We’re excited to be growing our Elior Collegiate Dining team and are looking for an experienced, motivated Executive Chef to join us on campus at Bowie State University. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to lead culinary operations while creating delicious, nutritious meals that fuel students, faculty, and guests every day. As Executive Chef, you’ll oversee all aspects of food production while driving quality, creativity, and consistency across the program. What you'll be doing: Supervising food production standards including purchasing, specifications, preparation, service, and sanitation Developing standardized recipes and using production tools to meet quality and cost goals Collaborating on the planning and execution of special events Leading by example in a fast-paced collegiate dining environment What we're looking for: Must-haves: 10+ years of progressive culinary experience Proficiency with Microsoft software programs Experience working with and understanding budget statements   Nice-to-haves: Associate’s degree in culinary arts.
