And we do it all with heart, each and every day.Position SummaryThe Equipment Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the maintenance and support of facility, infrastructure, and material handling equipment within the Distribution Center.  Job ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirements and CVS policiesPrepare and manage cost controls while adhering to established budgetsIdentify and implement opportunities to enhance safety and operational performance within the facility and its material handling systemsDemonstrate strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solvingEffectively multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentLead a team of technical and mechanical specialists, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and high performanceExhibit strong emotional intelligence, collaboration, and influence across teamsMaintain positive engagement and leadership presence throughout the operationRequired QualificationsMinimum 2 years experience of facility operations and equipment management including implementing process improvements, effective workflow management, and implementing preventative maintenance programsLeadership experienceExperience with maintenance practices of critical operating equipment including LOTO, hazard identification and appropriate PPE requirementsExperience computerized maintenance management, procurement and service ticket systemsPreferred QualificationsEngineering degree or background (Industrial, Systems, Mechanical, Electrical)OSHA certifications (10, 30, 50)Additional certifications in Industrial Safety or First AidCompetency in Ariba Procurement and Service Channel systemsFluent in the Microsoft Suite of product as well as AutoCadUnderstanding of conveyor controls and technologiesStrong analytical capabilities using tools such as CMMS and SAPSubject matter expertise in powered industrial equipmentBachelors DegreeEducationHigh School DiplomaAnticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$43,888.00 - $93,574.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  Our people fuel our future.
