Oral and Maxillofacial SurgeonThe Krupp Center – Baltimore, MDFull Time Preferred | Monday–Friday | Guaranteed 1st year salary of $540,000 with 30% bonus on collections above $1.8M (pro-rated for part time)The Krupp Center is a leading provider of oral, dental, maxillofacial, and cosmetic surgery in the greater Baltimore area. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care and are proud to serve a diverse patient base through a highly skilled and compassionate team.We are currently seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon (ABOMS) to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a well-established, high-volume practice with a strong support team and a commitment to clinical excellence.What You’ll Do:Perform a wide range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures with precision and careEvaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and provide pre- and post-operative careUtilize advanced diagnostic tools and imagingCollaborate closely with surgical assistants and front office staff to ensure optimal patient experienceMaintain accurate and compliant clinical documentationStay current on advancements and best practices in the fieldWhat We’re Looking For:ABOMS Diplomate or active ABOMS candidate statusUnrestricted Maryland dental licenseACLS and DEA certificationExperience with complex oral surgery casesStrong knowledge of oral anatomy and patient assessmentProficiency with dental office software (experience with DSN preferred)A team player with a patient-first attitude and high clinical standardsRequired to maintain Hospital Privileges, call not required.
