Role Overview: Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a hands‑on Chef Manager to lead daily culinary operations at a manufacturing plant in Decatur, Illinois. This role oversees all kitchen production, food quality, safety standards, and team leadership while delivering a consistent, employee‑focused dining experience.
