Rooted in the values of quality service and integrity, we are dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive atmosphere where employees can advance, innovate, and contribute to our ongoing success.  ABOUT THE JOB Supervise day-to-day activities of liquid products operations to meet GSF objectives and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. WHAT YOU'LL DO Supervise the daily activities of assigned staff, providing instructions and performance feedback to ensure that productivity and quality objectives are met or exceeded. Identify and resolve process and equipment problems, using available resources to maintain productivity and quality. Implement approaches to improve quality and productivity by developing new ideas, improving processes, and planning for upcoming equipment or process changes. Routinely inform and communicate with employees to promote smooth operations, enhance their understanding of GSF policies and objectives, and to ensure compliance with established production policies and procedures. Perform other related and assigned duties as necessary.    WHAT YOU'LL NEED    Education & Experience  AA degree in food science or business administration from an accredited vocational, technical or junior college institution.5-7 years of relevant work experience in a food manufacturing environment with lead or supervisory experience    Skills & Competencies  Supervise and motivate employees in a team-based environmentIdentify problems or irregularities for early resolutionCommunicate and coordinate effectively with employees verbally and in writingCommunicate and coordinate effectively with internal and external customersWork effectively in a general business environment, with a focus on high levels of quality and customer serviceAct in accordance with GSF’s Values and Creed  WHAT YOU’LL GET People First: At Golden State Foods, we're not just a company; we're a dynamic community where your talents are celebrated, and your ambitions are nurtured.  Values Driven: Our core values drive everything we do, creating a culture of innovation, integrity, and excellence.
