We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to support our team.Position OverviewThe ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable assisting across multiple specialties. You will work closely with our periodontist, orthodontist, oral surgeon and general dentists to help deliver exceptional clinical care and a great patient experience.Key ResponsibilitiesChairside assisting for periodontal surgeries, scaling procedures, implant placements, orthodontic adjustments, oral surgery set up and proedures and general dentistry treatmentsPreparing, sterilizing, and maintaining instruments and operatoriesTaking high-quality digital X-rays, impressions, photos, and/or intraoral scansAssisting with charting, treatment notes, and maintaining accurate patient recordsProviding pre- and post-operative instructions to patientsEnsuring smooth patient flow and supporting the clinical team as neededMaintaining compliance with OSHA and infection control protocolsQualificationsActive Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in the state of CA.Current CPR/BLS certificationExperience in periodontics, orthodontics and/or oral surgery preferred, but not requiredStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learnWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly pay (DOE)Medical and dental benefitsPaid time off and paid holidays401kA supportive, collaborative team environmentExposure to three strong specialties and advanced dental technologyBenefits:Medical, Dental, 401k, PTO, BonusesCompensation:$25-$32/hour
