We are looking for a dependable Pediatric Dental Assistant to float between two locations as needed (Kansas City & Leavenworth). This role supports multiple clinical teams and helps maintain consistent patient care when schedules change, volumes increase, or team members are out.The ideal candidate is comfortable working in fast-paced pediatric environments, adapts quickly, and communicates well with both children and parents.ResponsibilitiesAssist pediatric dentists during exams and proceduresSet up and break down operatories following sterilization protocolsTake digital radiographs and intraoral imagesProvide patient education to children and parentsSupport patient comfort and behavior managementMaintain accurate clinical documentationFollow infection control and safety standardsHelp keep schedules running efficientlyTravel between two locations based on operational needsSupport staffing coverage for vacations, sick days, and high-volume schedulesWork collaboratively with both teamsQualificationsDental Assistant experience Radiology certification requiredPediatric experience preferredCPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtainReliable transportationFlexible schedule and willingness to work at multiple locationsStrong communication and teamwork skillsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay based on experienceBenefits available for full-time team membersGrowth opportunities within the organizationCompensation:$17-$22/hour
