Description Job Title: Substance Abuse Counselor – LCASLocation: Rutherfordton, North Carolina (Community-Based)Employment Type: Full-timeSalary: $57,000 - $60,000Date Posted: 01-12-2026About the RoleWe’re hiring a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS) to join our dedicated behavioral health team in North Carolina. As a Substance Abuse Counselor, you’ll provide evidence-based treatment to individuals struggling with substance use disorders, helping them achieve recovery and stability. This role involves direct counseling, case management, and collaboration with community resources to support long-term recovery.
