MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Cloud Engineer to join our team in Crane, IN. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days onsite per week.Join a critical contract supporting the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane to deliver enterprise IT and cybersecurity services. In this hybrid role based in Crane, IN, you'll lead the development of secure, scalable cloud solutions that integrate with DoD systems, directly contributing to our nation's defense. You'll work hands-on with cutting-edge cloud architectures in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Lead the design, development, and implementation of cloud-based software solutions for the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) in CraneCollaborate with talented software developers and engineers to create sophisticated cloud applications that integrate with DoD systems and technologiesBuild strong client relationships to deeply understand their business challenges and goalsProvide technical support and training to clients and internal teams, conduct security and compliance audits of cloud systems, and stay informed about emerging trends and technologiesCollaborate with a team of cloud engineers to execute project tasks and responsibilitiesMinimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or Equivalent7+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years of full-time professional experience establishing and administering enterprise solutions in Amazon AWS and/or Microsoft Azure cloud environmentsWorking knowledge of AWS and Azure services including EC2, ELB, Auto-Scaling, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, Lambda, Elastic Cache, Cloud FormationMust obtain one of the following certifications within 30 days of your start date: CISSP, CASP, or an equivalent DoD 8570.01 IAT-3 certificationPreferred Qualifications:Experience in advanced application and mastery of IS, plans, and functions, including Experience in advanced application and mastery of IS, plans, and functions, including DevSecOpsHands-on experience with Terraform, CDK, and Ansible automation toolsClearance Requirements:Must be a U.S. Citizen and can obtain and maintain an active Secret security Clearance.Physical Requirements:The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentation
