Shipping & Receiving Associate - Night Shift     Who You Are:     Trulite is seeking a safety‑focused, detail‑oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our night crew. This role handles loading and unloading trucks, moving glass and materials throughout the plant, and preparing products for shipment. Candidates should be able to read work orders and picking lists, organize and secure materials, and perform accurate measurements and quality checks. We’re looking for a reliable team player who follows work instructions, maintains high safety and quality standards, and is willing to cross‑train as needed.     What Brought You Here: Pay $18/hour plus $2.00/Shift Differential Monthly productivity/performance bonus opportunities Quarterly safety bonus opportunities Schedule: Sunday to Thursday 3:00PM to 11:30PM OT as needed Benefits starting DAY ONE! WEEKLY PAY EVERY FRIDAY   What You Will Be Doing: Loads and unloads trucks, packs, and stacks product in appropriate areas. Utilizes a seated forklift to transport material safely throughout the plant. Ensures trucks are loaded according to DOT Safety Standards. Stages material daily prior to loading trucks; reads and attaches appropriate labels and tags to products. Wraps and boxes material with plastic wrap and cardboard to prevent damage to material. Transports glass or other materials from one position/location to another to expedite the production process. Cut material to size on a saw, per the work order. Follows work instructions by reading labels to expedite the production process; understands and communicates paperwork and labels/picking list. Utilizes a tape measure to ensure product is within the product specifications. Quality inspection, operating equipment, and/or manually maneuvering equipment. Cross training in other departments as needed.   Skills You Bring: Prior warehouse and or manufacturing experience preferred Must be able to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and effectively use a tape measure to measure product Must be able to lift 75lbs without assistance and 150lbs with assistance (two-man lift) Flexible work availability (typically Sunday to Thursday with occasional overtime as needed)   Why Trulite:   Trulite offers the most comprehensive benefit coverage in the industry.
