This position is responsible for managing multi-line phone systems, efficiently handling incoming calls, and directing them appropriately to ensure smooth communication within the organization. The Receptionist also performs a variety of general administrative duties, including greeting clients, managing appointments, and maintaining office supplies and equipment. By managing multiple phone lines and providing excellent phone etiquette, the Receptionist supports the overall operational efficiency of the office.
