Role Overview: Sodexo is hiring a Food Production Manager 3 for Adventist Health Castle in Kailua, Hawaii. This hands‑on leader will oversee daily food production, ensure quality and safety standards, and support a collaborative team focused on delivering excellent service to patients, staff, and visitors. What You'll Do: Lead, train, and mentor the food production team to ensure consistent quality.Oversee daily kitchen operations, production schedules, and workflow.Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.Manage inventory, ordering, and cost‑efficient production processes.
