You’ll lead a frontline culinary team, influence quality and service standards, and support both patient and retail dining operations — all while building your leadership skills in a dynamic healthcare environment.   What You'll Do: Lead Culinary OperationsSupervise daily kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food productionDirect food preparation across multiple stations, maintaining consistency, freshness, and presentationSupport both patient dining and retail food service operationsManage & Develop the TeamProvide leadership oversight for a team of frontline culinary employeesTrain, mentor, and schedule staff to meet operational demandsFoster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and service excellenceSupport performance management and staff developmentRetail & Customer Experience OversightEnsure seamless retail execution, menu consistency, and service standardsSupport digital menu boards, POS systems, and merchandising effortsEnhance the overall customer experience within the hospital retail spaceFinancial & Operational PartnershipCollaborate with the General Manager on menu planning, inventory management, and cost controlSupport labor management and operational efficiency initiativesMaintain 7a–7p availability based on business needs (typical shifts 9a–5p or 10a–6p)Food Safety & ComplianceEnsure strict adherence to HACCP, sanitation, and regulatory standardsMaintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen environment What We Offer: Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
