What You'll Do: Lead all culinary operations, ensuring excellence in food quality, presentation, and serviceDevelop seasonal, globally inspired menus aligned with Modern Recipe’s wellness‑focused philosophyBuild strong relationships with local farmers, purveyors, and sustainable partnersOversee production for café service, catering, and special eventsManage and mentor a culinary team, fostering growth, creativity, and collaborationPartner with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless, hospitality‑driven experienceDrive operational efficiency, cost management, and culinary innovation What We Offer: Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
