In this role you will be developing, editing, and delivering high-quality content that focuses on Vantor’s cutting-edge geospatial technologies, such as solutions for operating in GPS-denied environments nd predictive change detection.The Content Specialist will work closely with communications and marketing leaders to execute messaging across internal and external channels, ensuring content is accurate, compelling, on-brand, and delivered on time.The ideal candidate is a strong writer and editor with the ability to simplify complex ideas, adapt messaging for diverse audiences, and use data to continuously improve content performance.Responsibilities:Write, edit and produce clear, engaging content to support communications and marketing efforts across multiple channelsDevelop a wide range of content, including press releases, talking points, social media posts, internal newsletters, flyers, ads, demos, presentations, product videos, blogs, and case studiesAdapt content to suit different audiences and platformsEnsure content aligns with Vantor’s brand and messaging guidelinesManage communications and marketing campaign performance to track metrics and optimize processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content highlighting company news, product innovation, and success storiesEdit, review, and proofread all materials to ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelinesMaintain and update to editorial calendars to ensure timely content deliveryTrack content performance using tools such as LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics) and share insight to optimize content Support time-sensitive communications, including content creation outside normal business hours when required Minimum Qualifications:Must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent residentBachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism or related fieldApproximately 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced marketing or communications role focused on content developmentExceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills; writing samples required during selection processExperience producing B2B or B2G content, including social media, web copy, and blogsFamiliarity with SEO best practices and using analytics to track and improve performanceExperience creating LinkedIn contentHighly organized; experience managing editorial calendars and juggling multiple projects and deadlinesCalm under pressure and able to adapt quickly in a dynamic environmentCollaborative team player who also takes ownership of deliverablesProficiency in Microsoft OfficePreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting communications or marketing teams at a technology or SaaS companyPassion for technology and national securityExperience creating visual assets and graphicsFamiliarity with AP StyleComfortable working with stakeholders at all levels, from technical subject matter experts to senior executivesBias for action and results-oriented mindsetProficiency in tools such as Figma, Asana, Hootsuite, Salesforce (or ability to learn quickly)Pay Transparency: In support of pay transparency at Vantor, we disclose salary ranges on all U.S. job postings.
