We’re seeking an experienced Home Health Administrator / Director of Operations who is passionate about clinical excellence, operational performance, and team development.This is a senior leadership opportunity for a licensed Registered Nurse (RN), Physical Therapist (PT), or Occupational Therapist (OT) with proven experience in home health operations, Medicare compliance, and census growth.Position SummaryThe Administrator / Director of Operations – Home Health provides strategic and operational leadership for the home health agency.
