Strong background in training development and facilitation, and policy interpretation.Certification:Advanced Human Resources or Diversity, Equity and Inclusion certification preferred.Other:A passion for fostering an inclusive workplace and community environmentAdvanced experience developing and facilitating programs that enhance cultural competency and address social barriers to healthStrong project management capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize, track, and report on multiple initiativesProven ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalismExcellent verbal, written, and organizational skills and ability to engage diverse audiences and stakeholdersAbility to use Microsoft Office platforms, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with compliance frameworks and health equity regulationsExperience with employee resource groups (ERGs) or diversity-focused initiatives in healthcare and/or large organizationsAbility to adapt strategies in a fast-paced, evolving healthcare environmentUS:FL:Fort Myers
