Primary Purpose of PositionProvide overall proactive management of the site regulatory assurance function and regulatory interface with respect to Clean Energy Center needs and regulatory requirements.Primary Duties and AccountabilitiesProvide overall management of the site regulatory assurance function and regulatory interface with respect to Clean Energy Center (CEC) needs and regulatory requirements.Manage the performance and development of site regulatory assurance personnel relative to site and corporate objectives and provide focus on the attainment of high-quality results.Work closely with other Site Regulatory Assurance Managers and Corporate Licensing Managers to ensure that support required from the assigned functions are provided competently, in accordance with prescribed standards and programs, efficiently, and on a timely and responsive basis.Fulfill managerial responsibilities regarding assigned staff (e.g., Employment, Development, compensation, Performance Evaluation, etc.)Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 8 years of professional experience including related experience OR Current or previously licensed Senior Reactor Operator with 8 years of industry or related experience ORAssociate's degree in a technical field and 10 years of industry or related experience ORHigh school diploma/GED and 12 years of industry or related experienceEffective written and oral communication skills Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree in a technical discipline or MBA preferredTeam-driven experience in a matrixed environment is desiredKnowledge of reactor systems (design, and function), Technical Specifications, Updated Final Safety Analysis Reports (UFSAR), and applicable portions of the Code of Federal Regulations preferredPrevious SRO license/certification preferredPrevious supervisory experience
