Love Family Dentistry is a well-established, patient-centered dental practice located in Spokane Valley, Washington. Our team is committed to providing high-quality comprehensive care with integrity, compassion, and professionalism.We are seeking a skilled and dependable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our clinical team and support the continued growth of our practice.ResponsibilitiesAssist the dentist during a variety of clinical procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort.Prepare, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and treatment areas in accordance with OSHA and WISHA guidelines.Obtain high-quality digital radiographs following state and practice standards.Accurately document treatment information and update patient records.Provide patients with postoperative instructions and reinforce appropriate oral hygiene practices.Maintain clinical organization and support workflow throughout the practice.Assist with sterilization, operatory turnover, and occasional front-desk support as needed.Adhere to all Washington State regulations governing dental assistants.QualificationsActive Washington State Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) credential required.Current CPR/BLS certification.Previous dental assisting experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.Familiarity with dental software systems (e.g., Dentrix, Dexis) preferred.Strong interpersonal communication skills and a patient-focused demeanor.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment.Excellent attention to detail, professionalism, and reliability.Compensation:$20-$27/hour
