Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.Responsibilities Leads assigned staff in performing activities or tasks in radiation therapy services. Lead or coordinate shift operations of assigned activities, resources, and/or associates.Serve as a technical or functional resource and performs similar duties with staff.Assign, monitor and review progress of work. Monitors and reports compliance with policies and/or procedures.Oversee and evaluate orientation and training of assigned associates. May provide input in the review and evaluation of staff performance.Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration: Required Credential(s):BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.Licensed Radiologic Technologist credentialed from the Kansas Board of Healing Arts obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.One or more of the following:Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiation Therapy credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.Radiation Therapist obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specificexperience required.Additional Preferences Licensed Radiation Therapist   Why Join Our Team Ascension is a leading nonprofit Catholic health system with a culture and associate experience grounded in service, growth, care and connection.
