Role Overview: Executive Chef - The Good Eating Company | Mendota Heights, MN As an Executive Chef of The Good Eating Company, you will lead a premier, scratch-made culinary program within our Corporate Services for our client, Broadcom. From live-action grill stations to curated buffets featuring hand-crafted pastas and elevated comfort classics, you’ll have the creative freedom to design menus that delight our customers. This is a "best-in-class" leadership role where your obsession with local ingredients and culinary innovation will set the standard for excellence in a corporate environment. Enjoy the rare professional balance of a Monday–Friday schedule. In collaboration with The Good Eating Company Culinary Head and the Broadcom team, you will mentor a dedicated staff and champion a "fresh-first" philosophy in a fast-paced, innovative kitchen. What You'll Do: Create & Innovate: Design exciting menus using fresh, local ingredients.Lead the Team: Teach and inspire your kitchen staff to try new ideas and keep standards high.Run the Business: Handle the "behind-the-scenes" work like ordering food, managing inventory, and tracking costs to keep the kitchen running smoothly.Keep it Safe: Ensure the kitchen is always clean, safe, and following all food safety rules.Use Modern Tools: Use our easy-to-learn computer systems to track food production and place orders.
