What You'll Do: Lead daily operations for a chef‑driven corporate café, ensuring exceptional service, food quality, and guest engagement.Partner closely with the client to shape a modern, thoughtful dining experience aligned with the Good Eating Company ethos.Recruit, train, and inspire a high‑performing culinary and service team focused on craft, hospitality, and consistency.Manage financial performance through effective budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and operational efficiencies.Ensure full compliance with food safety standards, company policies, and all regulatory requirements.Drive continuous improvement by analyzing performance, implementing best practices, and elevating the overall dining program.
