Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.How you’ll make an impact in this role Lead and coordinate ICU nursing staff during shifts, ensuring delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care across critical care areas.Assign, direct, and monitor nursing and support staff while exercising independent judgment to plan shifts, patient care, and resource allocation.Assess patient acuity, develop care assignments, and maintain productivity standards while prioritizing dynamic patient and physician needs.Support staff development, resolve patient care concerns, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance outcomes and foster a high-performing unit.What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.Education:Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
