Job Title: Executive Assistant Location: Plano, TX (Onsite) What's the Job? Manage complex and dynamic calendars for three C-suite leaders, including prioritization, scheduling optimization, and conflict resolution Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple time zones and global stakeholders Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and background documents to ensure executives are well-prepared Draft and manage executive communications, presentations, and correspondence Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion What's Needed? Bachelor's degree preferred 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably at the C-suite level Proven experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills What's in it for me?
