Our client, a leader in the manufacturing and automotive industry, is seeking a dedicated and innovative E-Learning Technical/Manufacturing Instructional Systems Designer to join their dynamic team. As a vital member of the Learning and Development department supporting technical and operational teams, you will have the opportunity to craft impactful training solutions that enhance skills and knowledge across diverse manufacturing environments.     Job Title: E-Learning Technical/Manufacturing Instructional Systems Designer Location:Hybrid (3 days/week onsite in Warren, MI) or remote within the USA Pay Range: $35 pr hour   What's the Job? Design, develop, and deliver engaging training materials across multiple formats, including ILT, VILT, WBT, videos, podcasts, and job aids. Collaborate with program managers and subject matter experts to create effective training solutions supporting new system implementations and process improvements. Utilize ADDIE and SAM methodologies to ensure high-quality instructional design and continuous improvement. Develop instructor and participant guides, technical manuals, and visual aids to enhance learning experiences. Support training setup, testing, and delivery in technical manufacturing environments, ensuring technical accuracy and relevance. What's Needed? Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Design Technology, or a related field. Proficiency with tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience designing and delivering technical training for manufacturing, industrial, or automotive audiences. Strong communication skills to work effectively across global teams and management levels. Ability to quickly learn and accurately represent complex technical systems and manufacturing processes.
