Job DescriptionLead the Team That Converts the Stadium Overnight. Aramark is hiring an Event Setup & Teardown Lead to oversee overnight venue conversions at Daikin Park. After Houston Astros games, concerts, and major events, this team is responsible for breaking down event layouts and preparing the stadium for the next configuration. This is a hands-on leadership role. The Lead works alongside crew members while directing workflow, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining efficiency during tight turnaround windows.Job ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesLead and direct event setup and teardown crew membersAssign tasks and monitor progress during venue conversionsEnsure proper setup of tables, chairs, barricades, staging, and equipmentOversee breakdown and removal of event materialsEnsure safety standards are followed during lifting and equipment movementMaintain clear communication with operations supervisorsInspect completed setups for accuracy and complianceEnsure equipment is stored properly and safelyPromote accountability, teamwork, and productivityPhysical RequirementsMust be able to lift 50+ pounds consistentlyFrequent bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and carryingAbility to stand and move throughout the entire shiftComfortable working indoors and outdoorsAt Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers.
