Janitor As required by our governmental client, this position requires being a US Citizen. Perform routine cleaning duties of facility, maintain supplies, and inspect building for repairs. Compensation & Benefits:Estimated Starting Salary Range for Janitor: $15.00 - $21.00Pay commensurate with experience.Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided.  Benefits are subject to change with or without notice. Janitor Responsibilities Include: Cleans and polishes fixtures, surfaces, and trim.Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors.Dusts furniture and equipment.Washes walls, windows, door panels, and ceiling.Transports trash and waste to disposal area.Replenishes bathroom supplies.Transports small equipment or tools between departments.Sets up tables and chairs, as required.Maintains supply room and reports supply shortages.Inspects and disposes of litter from grounds.Inspects building structure for repairs and reports findings.Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Janitor Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
