Job DescriptionWe are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Food Runners to support our dinner service aboard a scenic harbor cruise. This role is essential to maintaining smooth service flow and delivering an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced, on-the-water environment.This position is part-time and nights only.Job ResponsibilitiesTransport food from the galley to dining areas promptly and accuratelyEnsure proper presentation and correct delivery of all dishesAssist servers with table service as neededClear plates and reset tables between coursesMaintain cleanliness and organization of service areasCommunicate effectively with kitchen and service staffFollow all safety, sanitation, and company proceduresThis job profile does not contain a comprehensive listing of all required activities, duties, or responsibilities. Job duties, responsibilities and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.QualificationsPrevious food service experience preferred, but not requiredMust be able to lift and carry 25+ pounds consistently up and down stairs throughout shiftsComfortable working in a moving vessel environmentStrong sense of urgency and attention to detailAbility to stand, walk, and move for extended periodsAvailability for evening and night shifts, including weekends and holidaysReliable, punctual, and team-orientedThis role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
