Construction Manager 4 Client: Microsoft Corporation Location: Atlanta, GA (100% Onsite) Duration: 4/15/2026 – 4/15/2027 Schedule: 40 hours/week (No overtime at this time) Pay Rate Range: $69.44 – $76.39/hour Drive Mission-Critical Infrastructure Projects with Microsoft Our client, Microsoft Corporation, is seeking an experienced Construction Manager 4 to support high-impact infrastructure projects in Atlanta, GA. This role plays a key part in planning, directing, and coordinating construction activities within complex, mission-critical environments, including data centers. This is a fully onsite position requiring strong schedule management, safety leadership, contract oversight, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate brings deep construction experience and thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments. Key Responsibilities Develop, monitor, and maintain detailed construction schedules and milestone tracking Coordinate technical integration across stakeholders to ensure project alignment Oversee construction progress and proactively mitigate risks Ensure landlord compliance with lease agreements and contractual deliverables Review and recommend approval of contracts and cost estimates Present reports, proposals, and findings to internal and external stakeholders Promote and enforce jobsite safety standards Resolve issues with professionalism, clarity, and responsiveness Typical Day in the Role Reviewing communications and project updates Tracking milestones, contractual deadlines, and deliverables Coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and landlords Addressing risks, compliance items, and project obstacles Monitoring safety standards and construction execution onsite Top Required Skills Strong schedule discipline and execution Demonstrated safety leadership in construction environments Clear, proactive communication and stakeholder coordination Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field 8–10 years of construction management experience 6–8 years of direct construction experience preferred Experience with data centers or mission-critical facilities strongly preferred Experience managing construction contracts and lease agreements Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, and Bluebeam Knowledge of quality control, cost management, and production processes PMI or PMP certification preferred What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out Competitive pay Work-life balance High-impact projects within a global technology leader Collaborative and professional work environment Clear performance expectations and measurable outcomes Performance Measurement Contractor performance will be evaluated based on: Compliance with contract documentation Timeliness and clarity in stakeholder communication Professionalism during issue resolution Predictability in achieving landlord deliverables Schedule adherence and execution discipline Equipment Provided Laptop, monitor, headset, keyboard, mouse, and full PPE.
