Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. Requirements: • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted. • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Mountain) CommonSpirit Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Mountain) CommonSpirit Health. • 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Mountain) CommonSpirit Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Mountain) CommonSpirit Health.
