Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience. • Travel experience is preferred from any number of months. • Trauma Level 3 experience is preferred from any number of months Requirements: • Candidates must have a Michigan license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Marshfield Clinic Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Marshfield Clinic Health System. Additional Details: References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to. Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Must take full 6 months off from any Sanford Health or Good Samaritan Society location as well. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check. Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Required Skills/Experience: Must be comfortable with IV starts. Preferred Skills/Experience:Prefer experience/ knowledge of TURPS- CBI, Prefer someone with Critical Access or Trauma Level 3 or 4 experience. Special Requests: Can’t guarantee blocking (consider longer blocks of 6 shifts, when able), but do try to accommodate self scheduling. MUST note in submission if clinician has ever worked for Marshfield. If clinician previously worked with Marshfield, they must have an end date 6 months prior to their submission date. Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Requirements: Yes, rotation EOW, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Holiday Requirements: Yes, 2/3 holidays. On-call/standby opportunity/potential.
