Role Overview: Sodexo is seeking an innovative, forward‑thinking General Manager 3 to lead the food service program for Geneva School District 304, a vibrant district serving 10 schools across a 23‑square‑mile community. This is a fantastic opportunity for a leader who is energized by creativity, student‑centered programming, and building strong partnerships with district leaders, families, and the community. As the senior‑most Sodexo leader onsite, you will oversee the full scope of our food service operations—ensuring excellence in service, compliance, financial performance, and team engagement. This role is ideal for a candidate coming from colleges & universities, independent schools, or strong off‑program environments who is ready to bring fresh ideas into a collaborative K12 setting. At Sodexo, we deliver food, nutrition, environmental and facilities management solutions to partnered K-12 schools. Joining us at one of our school sites means fostering healthy learning environments and positively influencing the students’ well-being and performance.  Incentives: Annual incentive eligible What You'll Do: Full operational and contract oversight for nutrition services across 10 district schools—including a high school, two middle schools, six elementary schools, and a preschool.A team you will hire, train, mentor, and develop to deliver an outstanding student dining experience.Strategic planning for menus, programming, and special events that spark student excitement and engage the community.Strong financial and administrative leadership—including payroll, forecasting, and cash controls.Relationships that matter: building trust with district partners, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and ensuring Sodexo is seen as a collaborative, solutions‑driven partner.A vehicle and valid drivers license is required.
