Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Concrete Quality Control Administrator to join our Quality Control team. The QC Administrator will be responsible for reviewing plans and specifications for bids and submittals, along with managing data on concrete and raw materials to ensure compliance with company and industry standards. This role requires experience in concrete testing, data analysis, and troubleshooting to support the production of high-quality Ready-Mix concrete. What You Will be Doing Under direct supervision of the Quality Control Manager Work with sales department on project bids and submittals Manage materials data coordination with submittals Attend Pre-Con meetings as Update and confirm the records provided by the supplier concerning the material statistics (aggregates, cement, fly ash, etc.). Maintain current data into Command QC Collaborate with the Technical Services Manager on process improvements and problem-solving. Attend Pre-Con meetings as Completing all other projects and duties as assigned by the QC Manager Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized lab What We Would Like From You Education: Associate degree, Materials Science, Construction Technology, or a related field (preferred but not required with sufficient experience). Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a concrete or construction materials Certifications (Preferred): ACI Concrete Field-Testing Technician – Grade I, ACI Aggregate Testing Technician, or other relevant industry certifications. Knowledge of Standards: Familiarity with ASTM, ACI, and DOT specifications for concrete and aggregates. Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational Ability to interpret technical data and prepare reports. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 , stand for extended periods, and work in varying environmental conditions.
