With a commitment to shared leadership, Arrow has an environment that fosters growth and development. At present, we have an excellent tax opportunity for a Senior Tax Accountant.  This tax position will play a significant role in various areas of taxation (e.g., income tax accounting, income tax compliance, tax planning, tax audit defense, transfer pricing and sales and use taxation).  After the initial intra-group rotation lasting a year or so, where this position will obtain broad tax experience, a permanent tax team will be identified within the tax group for this individual to continue its Arrow journey and growth.What You'll Be Doing: Work as part of a team to collect, analyze and review worldwide tax information in preparation of various tax filings for US federal, US international, and US state/country/local levels.Assist with the analysis and review of various tax accounts as well as with the research of tax issues and tax positions in order to advise management on various tax matters.Assist with maintaining tax systems, tax files, and tax work-papers to comply with internal and external tax reporting guidelines.Assist with tracking, responding and managing tax regulatory audit inquiries.Aid with drafting timely responses to questions and issues generated by or impacting business operations.Cultivate working relationships across functional areas to encourage two-way dialogue on any potential tax consequences related to contemplated business activities or transactions.What We Are Looking For: Personal AttributesResults oriented individual with a bias for action.
