Role Overview: Do you have a passion for helping others? Sodexo, leader in quality-of-life services has an immediate opening for an Executive Chef 2 at Haven Behavioral Health Reading in Reading, Pennsylvania. Haven Behavioral Hospital is an 86-bed acute-care psychiatric hospital that offers a full continuum of care for adults dealing with mental health conditions. We treat a complete array of mental health including depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, personality disorders and many other illnesses. Our facility is specially designed to provide a safe, comfortable and nurturing environment for hope and healing. What You'll Do: have oversight of day-to-day operations;successfully coordinate all required tasks through subordinate managers, supervisors and frontline staff;support Patient Service and retail departmentdevelop and maintain client and customer relationships (i.e., comfortable in c-suite settings where communication skills are imperative when serving as top level site management)develop strategic plans;ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance;create a positive environment; and/orensure Sodexo standards are met.  What We Offer: Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
