As a Maintenance Manager, you will be accountable for driving equipment reliability, asset performance, and maintenance excellence across production and facility operations while ensuring safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.   Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing) Lead and develop the Maintenance Department across production, facilities, planning, and parts operations Establish and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve asset reliability and uptime Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and OEE performance Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory and company standards Manage maintenance budgets, capital projects, and contractor performance to deliver cost‑effective results Partner with Operations, EHSS, and Scheduling teams to support production objectives and safety goals Track, analyze, and report maintenance KPIs to improve performance and decision‑making   Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table) Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant technical field Minimum 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment Prior experience as a Maintenance Manager or Maintenance Supervisor Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and contractors Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and walk/stand for extended periods as required Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook   Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success) Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience Experience implementing SAP maintenance systems, TPM, or asset reliability programs CMRP certification Experience managing capital projects in a food or bakery manufacturing environment Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills   Aspire Bakeries is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
