Role Overview: Sodexo At School is seeking our next General Manger for K-12 Food Service Operations for Pueblo D60 in Pueblo, CO. At Sodexo, we deliver food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions to partnered K-12 schools. What You'll Do: Have oversight of day-to-day food service operations including but not limited to - supply management, menu development, employee engagement, HR, and trainingDeliver high quality food serviceAchieve company and client financial targets and goals Develop and maintain client and customer relationshipsProvide leadership, guidance, coaching, and support to promote best practices, training, and staff recognitionDevelop strategic plansCreate a positive environmentEnsure Sodexo standards are met What We Offer: Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
