Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program acceptable to state licensing.Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or post-acute care setting preferred.Ability to manage caseloads typical of SNF environments and familiarity with documentation and compliance requirements preferred.Client-specific requirement: weekly work guarantee of 36 hours.Client-specific requirement: 14-day cancellation notice required by client.
