As a Financial Accounting Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Finance Department supporting financial reporting, investment accounting, and tax activities. Support the preparation of financial statements, insurance industry financial reports, and tax filings Research and interpret complex accounting guidance on investment and financial issues Perform a variety of accounting tasks including data analysis and input into accounting software Prepare monthly reconciliations and analyze variances to ensure accuracy Assist in the preparation of schedules for internal and external audits What's Needed? Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting or financial analysis Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance CPA certification is required Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency with accounting software and financial reporting tools What's in it for me?
