As a Clinical Director, you will drive client outcomes and passionately support our organization's mission to provide effective, evidence-based therapy. Clinical Oversight Develop, review, and oversee individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies that truly make a difference. Ensure clinical practices align with BACB guidelines and evidence-based practices. Conduct regular audits of clinical documentation to maintain compliance and quality. Supervise and provide guidance to BCBAs, BCBA Trainees, RBTs, and other clinical team members, fostering a collaborative environment. 2. Staff Management and Development Lead the recruitment, training, and retention of our talented clinical staff. Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to BCBAs and other staff members to ensure their professional growth and development. Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback that inspires excellence. 3. Client Care and Outcomes Monitor client progress and ensure timely adjustments to treatment plans to maximize success. Conduct regular case reviews and oversee data collection processes to drive effective outcomes. Facilitate parent and caregiver training to support client success across various settings. 4. Operational Leadership Collaborate with administrative teams to ensure appropriate caseload distribution and staff utilization. Analyze clinical data to identify trends and implement exciting improvement initiatives. Support strategic planning for growth, including expansion into new service areas. Address and resolve client concerns in a timely, professional manner, enhancing our reputation. 5. Compliance and Reporting Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and insurance regulations, as well as BACB standards. Maintain accurate and timely clinical records that reflect our commitment to excellence. Oversee billing and authorization processes to ensure services are properly documented and reimbursed. Qualifications: Master's or Doctorate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Current certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCBA-D). Current certification as a Licensed Behavioral Analyst (LBA) in the practicing state, if applicable. Current 8-Hour Supervisor Training via the BACB. At least 1 year experience supervising BCBA Trainees. Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in ABA, with leadership experience being a significant plus. Minimum 2 years as a BCBA. At least 1 year experience as a Clinical Director (preferred) Comprehensive understanding of ABA principles, treatment planning, and implementation. Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills that inspire those around you. Other Preferred Skills: Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and data collection platforms. Familiarity with insurance processes, including authorizations and claims. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with enthusiasm.
