Description    About the Role for our program RENEW in AnaheimThe Clinical Manager is responsible for directly supervising clinical staff and overseeing services at a designated site to ensure mental health treatment is delivered in a way that maximizes client independence and family empowerment. This role ensures compliance with company policies and government regulations while supporting individuals in achieving personal, social, educational, and vocational development through individual and group counseling services. Project RENEWProject RENEW provides personalized and recovery-oriented mental health services to children and adolescents (0-17 years old) with severe and persistent mental illness, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.  Working with a multidisciplinary team; children, adolescents and family members receive individualized goal setting, intensive case management, temporary assistance with housing, educational services, employment services, substance abuse services, skill-development groups, medication management, and community based activities.   ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of clinical services within the clinicConsult regularly with leadership to provide updates on program performance and needsFacilitate regular staff meetings and provide treatment team leadershipProvide direct client care including individual, family, and group therapy, discharge planning, and communication with parents and referral sourcesCoordinate with external clinicians, medical director, and nursing staff regarding treatment, consultations, and medication evaluationsComplete and submit required reports, including Quality Assurance documentationConduct utilization reviews and maintain proper documentationCollaborate with Program Director to develop clinical programming and service deliveryAudit client charts for clinical documentation complianceProvide consultation and education to community organizations, agencies, hospitals, and county departmentsParticipate in program development and assist with complex cases and psychiatric emergenciesEnsure compliance with HIPAA, ethical standards, and professional boundariesAdhere to departmental budget and assist in budget developmentPerform administrative duties aligned with program needsParticipate in staff and planning meetings as requiredTransport clients as needed using a personal vehiclePerform additional duties as assignedRecovery RequirementsProvide the highest level of customer careIdentify and build upon strengths of clients, coworkers, and communitiesSupport client recovery and wellness goalsFoster a culture that respects and celebrates diversityPromote continuous learning to improve service deliveryUtilize best practices and analyze services for optimal outcomesRequired QualificationsMaster’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field, or Ph.D./Psy.D. in Psychology from an accredited institutionLicensed LCSW, MFT, or Clinical Psychologist eligible to practice independently; minimum two years licensure preferredMinimum five years of experience in inpatient, outpatient, or mental health care settingsAt least two years of post-licensure experienceDirect clinical, case management, and group leadership experienceKnowledge of rehabilitation philosophyFamiliarity with Short Doyle preferred and First Aid Certification may be requiredStrong leadership, clinical, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsIntermediate computer proficiencyExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectivelyValid California driver’s license, valid auto insurance, and proof of education requiredCompensation & BenefitsFull-time Employees:Paid vacation days (increase with tenure)Separate sick leave that rolls over annuallyUp to 10 paid holidays*Medical, dental, and vision insurance optionsDailyPay – access your earnings without waiting for payday*Training, development, and continuing education opportunitiesAll Employees:401(k)Free licensure supervisionPet insuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Perks @ Clarvida – national discounts on shopping, travel, Verizon, and entertainmentMileage reimbursementCompany cellphone(*Benefits may vary by state or county) Work Location: Anaheim CaliforniaEmployment Type: Full time Salary: $43-45/hr How to ApplyIf you are an experienced clinical leader passionate about delivering high-quality mental health services and supporting recovery and wellness, click “Apply Now” to join Clarvida as a Clinical Manager. About ClarvidaClarvida’s success is built on the strength of our people and a shared commitment to improving lives and communities.
